You have to listen to the end as there is a gate crasher who steals the show!
I had an enviable task of sitting with Tim Simek, great actor, producer and director to chat about his acting career, being married to an actor and singer and working with her too. We also dive deep into spirituality and how he has overcome depression and how much he loves his community work.
Tim Simek is a working actor in Los Angeles with 30+ years of film, TV stage and voiceover experience. He has worked on a number of TV films, TV series, features, commercials and stage productions. Simek is founder, director & producer (as well as performer) of the award-winning comedy improv troupe, Slow…Children at Play (S…CAP). S…CAP was founded in 1998 and performs regularly at the Whitmore-Lindley Theatre Center in North Hollywood.
Simek lives with his wife in Los Angeles along with their three adorable cats. He enjoys yoga, biking, hiking, weightlifting, meditating, swimming, cooking and a nice glass of red wine. Simek is very grateful to share his acting/improv experience and derives a great deal of gratification in helping others find their creative energy and passions. He encourages others to follow their heart and to tap into their passion along with their kid energy. Simek truly feels that his gifts and talents allow him to be of service which leads to rewards on so many levels.
