Do you realize that LinkedIn is just like your high school cafeteria? We're doing it all over again. Do you feel like you check some of your personality at the door when you put on your work hat? What aspects of ourselves should continue to be separate from our business lives? The personal/professional divide has diminished in the last fifteen years especially with greater use of social media and increasing sharing, driving more transparency online.
