We are closing out January and some of us have yet to hit the gym/start our fitness new year resolutions.  This could be because of laziness or time but there are a bunch of us who haven't started because we simply don't know where to start.  And that is OK.  It's not okay if you don't seek for help or the necessary answers but that's a complete issue in itself.  Don't prevent yourself from reaching your fitness goals because you don't know where to start.  

Carlo and Christian have created a checklist for you new gym goers so that you don't miss out.  Take these things into account before you even step foot into the gym so that you can be ready and prepared.  Let's start your fitness journey the right way!
