Is living a carbon-free life possible in 2019? Nestar Russell is an instructor at the University of Calgary, and has been living in Canada since 2011. He has been dedicated to living a carbon free life since 2006, when he was living in his native New Zealand. 

Nestar is a vegan who grows his own vegetables, and he emigrated to North Bay, Ontario for a scholarship opportunity without ever stepping foot on an airplane.
