On today's episode we sit down with Grant Francke with GLF properties in Nebraska to discuss his journey from 0 rentals to over 100 rental prosperities in just 5 years.  He started out just wanting to make enough money to get out of his 9-5 at the railroad and ended up finding a new passion with rental properties.  His story is pretty amazing and exudes what it means to be a cheddar chaser!

Cheddar Chasers is a podcast all about exactly what the title says... CHASING the cheddar.  But we as CHASERS aren't defined by the success. No, we are defined by how we LOVE to chase success.  If it's starting a business, or starting a side hustle you are going to work your ass off and chase that next level of success.  And what is success you may ask?  That's a great question and that's what will be discussed with each of our guests because each and every one of us has a different view on what exactly success is.
