CHEE HOO!

Minisodes will be released every Thursday. These minisodes are meant to collect my thoughts and reflect on last weeks episode and preview next weeks episode. This episodes can be as long as 15-25 min or as short as 5 min. I will also discuss some current events and social media and everything Polynesian and Pacific Islander. Don't forget the listen, subscribe, rate and review. We are now on Apple podcast. Drop us a message on the cheehoopodcast IG page or email us at [email protected]

I am joined by Jasmine Tuitama Roberts to discuss AAPI month and if there is enough representation for fellow Pacific Islanders. We discuss Tik Tok and how it is being used as a educational and creative outlet for Polynesians and how it is a tool to bring Pacific Islander and Polynesian issues to light and how Jasmines AAPI Spoitfy playlist was hijacked and we dive into Samoan Language week and discuss a little bit of what colonizer language means. Thank you to Jasmine for joining me for this episode.

You can mind Jasmine on Tik Tok and Instagram at iasimegi. Be sure to check out the links on her account to find her Spotify playlist and an articleabout her on POPSUGAR about AAPI month.

Please be sure to listen, subscribe, rate and review on all platforms.
