Happy New Year and a huge welcome to the first episode of the Cheerleader podcast, CheerPod!
In this episode, I chat with my favourite Gen Zer about the future of work, and get to understand a little bit more about what these confusing cats want their experience of work to be like.
We touch on feminism, a sense of both hope and hopelessness, wanting to change the world, neurodivergence in the workplace, equity, and what businesses could do to engage more young people in work.
My guest says that “women are often forced to show our best side”, I wholeheartedly agree and wonder if this will ever change.
I ask my guest, as I will all guests on CheerPod, if you could wish for one thing in the future of work what would it be? Listen to find out her answer!
