1. we are no longer going to feel guilty that we walked away from our toxic family.

2. we are going to lean into every emotion associated with going, being and staying no contact with our toxic family.

3. we are going to talk to ourselves like we are our best friend! (we can be so mean to ourselves!)

4. we are not going to entertain conversations with anyone where we feel like we are in a defensive posture because of our choice to stay away from our toxic family.

5. we are going to lean into self-care because I don't care what our narcissistic mothers told us: it is NOT selfish!

6. we are going to embrace our true selves. what we like and what we don't like, apart from the influence of our toxic family.
