Alex is a restauranteur that has multiple fine dining and family friendly options peppered across the metro-Denver area, including the renowned Fruition Restaurant & JBF honored Mercantile as well as his casual concepts Chook Chicken and his newest baby, Roca Pizza and Pasta.Look, the man knows dank eats.. we know this well.
