First vegan chef to compete in Hell’s Kitchen, author, culinary visionary, has worked in kitchens of Hollywood Icons and International Vegan restaurants. She is globally recognized Vegan Chef, A Macomb, MI native & is leading an All-Star panel of judges on upcoming world’s first vegan culinary competition show- Peeled!

What is her first memory of cooking, the attraction to it and what impact the Montessori school had on her. 

The ripple effect she went thru at age 19 when decided to go vegan, managing a vegan food truck, and why she quit Tesla! Did she have nerves when she moved to Phoenix without ever been there to start a company.
