“Christmas with a Cause” is a creative collaboration for mental wellness between two chefs known for their artistry both in and out of the kitchen. Together, they created “Tomorrow”, an artwork which symbolises hope and resilience. Work It’s Tay Soo Sien speaks with  Kenjiro “Hatch” Hashida of Hashida Singapore and Hashida Tokyo, and Rishi Naleendra, the chef-owner of Cloudstreet, Sri Lankan restaurant Kotuwa, and FOOL Wine Bar to find out more.
