Mr. Swanston is a leader in new media technology for today's millennial. He's a software developer that is launching OVNIO (a social TV network) for the user of tomorrow. He is a serial entrepreneur in the tech and entertainment sector. Jason has recently launched his NFT digital agency called NFT Fans Agency. NFT Fans is a boutique digital agency that mints NFTs for legacy clients with nostalgic artifacts. NFT FANS team is diligently building a hyper realistic metaverse called EARPHIA, scheduled to launch this year. His ambition with preserving Hip Hop culture has led him to launch the International Museum of Hip Hop in Las Vegas in 2025. The museum initiative has led his focus into tech real estate, hence his capital raise for a smart and sustainable micro-cities near HBCU's entitled Tusla Tech City. Tulsa Tech City is a brainchild smart and sustainable city initiative of Mr. Swanston's that will bridge the digital divide between Black Americans in urban areas throughout North America.
Jason's software, new media education skills and abilities transcend well beyond his bio. He has comprised a team of young innovators, curators, and. software developers, content aggregators as a staff to create a paradigm shift in the online TV entertainment space and smart city industry.
Lastly, his passion for financial literacy amongst the Black community has jolted him to erect the Black Investors Stock Group. BISG is the fastest growing institutional investment entity of 31,000+ Black Americans geared towards investing in several sectors as a group, over the next 100 years.

J. Jesses Smith has been one of the most sought-after music video directors in the industry. Jesses is a highly successful independent film director who recently served as directing consultant (co-director) and producer on the Directorial debut of International superstar and multi-platinum recording artist, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson's "Before I Self Destruct", also starring Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. In addition, Jesses has worked on the highly successful 50-cent "Pimpin Curly" Internet series; which has been seen by millions worldwide. Jesses also directed 50 Cent in over 7 music videos and the RGX body Spray commercials for Right Guard.
Jesses who is a resourceful and creative force in the world of Hip-Hop/R&B Video for over ten years has directed over one hundred and fifty Music Videos. Having helped to create brandings for popular artists such as Ruff Ryders and DMX, Jesses has set multiple staples in the hip-hop realm. He is considered one of the most versatile directors in the industry. His unique and creative approach is well known and he is often called upon when an artist needs a new image or style.
You can still find Jesses directing the occasional music video because his real passion is in directing feature films. His vast range can also be seen in films such as the intensely violent street hit "Crime Partners" featuring Laz Alonso and recently in the 2008 romantic comedy "I do, I did". He then went on to direct an independent film "The Gift" starring The Wires' Jamie Hector. His love for hard-hitting action can also be seen in such films as "One Blood" starring Antwon Tanner and Clifton Powell and the film "Clandestine".
