Cherokee Hills Baptist Church

You have something to offer. What happens if you don’t offer it? The goal is that because of your service, people will be redeemed to God. If you’re not at your place in His will, it affects every person that God intended for you to connect with. When you’re not functioning in your purpose and place, people are getting missed. Put away the excuses. Stop being paralyzed and find your purpose and your place.

God has called us to preserve the moral fabric of society. Jesus tells us

that we are salt and light—what do we allow in our lives that compromises

our light?

It can often be hard to hear the call of Jesus. Whether it's pride, shame, fear, or otherwise, we allow obstacles to hinder our response to Him. But it doesn't have to be that way.

The CHBC staff shares their biggest moments from 2019 and their heart and vision for 2020.

If you are a believer, God will never cast you off or turn you away. God sought us out and chose us and we have a purpose through Him.

Each year at CHBC, we adopt a spiritual and a practical focus to work through for the whole year. This year, our spiritual focus is The Word. Everything we do will emphasize the importance and power of Scripture and all that goes with it: study, memorization, and Biblical literacy. Our practical focus for 2020 will be finding your place and using your gifts. We want to help you use your gifts, talents, and abilities to advance the Gospel the way God designed you.

In Jesus is life... real life. When He enters your life, everything changes.

The Old Testament prophecies and the New Testament apostles all agree: Jesus is the only way, the truth, and the life.

Jesus worked miracles throughout His ministry, including the miraculous healing of disease. The greatest miracle of all is how he cured the disease below the surface.

God sees everything about us and loves us dearly—warts and all.
