as a kid we all had a PLAN on what our future wanted to look like. we wanted to always do something that would make us succussful. i truely think that it's all about your passion and dreams to create the life you want. it's soooo important to understand what makes you fulfilled and implementing that into reality.

we all get caught up with checking in with others and taking on every one elses problems! I'm teeling you now, if you forget to check in with yourself, there can be a dark side to that. we get caught up in our busyness and forget that we need to have a mental health check day that must be within the week. it's so important to ask yourself questions and truely questioning them.

a hard topic today my friends....... it's something we all struggle with everyday. from looking at ourselves in the mirror everyday, with the negative words. it's a mental health battle that we don't talk about enough about. i'm here to give some advice to you, just want to help you through a rough journey. i love you guys lots

wow guys, here it is. last episode for 2024 and i cannot believe how quick this year has gone. i am so glad this year is all done let's be honest. i'm very grateful for this year but also that's of upsides and downs that i want to leave in 2024. 2025 is going to be crazy and i'm SOOOO excited to bring some new energy into the new year.
