Nola Inspired pairings:

  • Pinot Grigio: Fresh and pairs well with boiled crawfish, a Muffaletta sandwich, or a cajun chicken sandwich
  • Chardonnay: Smooth and buttery for NOLA classics like oysters: raw, charbroiled or on a Po’ boy sandwich
  • Cabernet Sauvignon: smooth and bold for dishes like red beans and rice or a roast beef po’boy sandwich
  • Pink Moscato: Sweet and pairs well with King Cake or beignets

    • Pairings for traditional football snacks:

    • Cabernet Sauvignon: Bold for grilled favorites like cheeseburgers
    • Pinot Grigio: Fresh and pairs great with game-day favorites like soft pretzels
    • Sauvignon Blanc: Refreshing for snacks like veggie trays

      • In the second half of the show, Claude Davis from  Zatarains checks in with recipes for super bowl party snacks
