Today on Chew on This, Chef Adam Korbel, new executive chef at NOPSI is in studio with samples of his new menu.  Fried Chicken, their signature dish, is outstanding.  For a light bite, their take on an itialian salad with arugula, crab meat and olive salad, the Little Palermo.  Delicious
