Cheyne Towers is a practitioner and teacher of Hypnotherapy & Qigong based in Highgate, North London, U.K.

He has been involved in the practice for the past 37 years, and is very passionate about passing-on his understanding of the principles, theory and physical mechanics of Qigong to people around the world.

His pledge is to create an ever expanding resource of instructional Qigong videos, focusing on both standing and seated Qigong exercises.
