It's all about blending in this week's episode as the guys try Bardstown Bourbon Company and some of their complicated blends. They start with the distillate and expand out to see what one of the more sophisticated distilleries in the business can do. Podcast mascot Cruz also pays a visit to the studio.

The guys check out Great Lakes Distillery out of Milwaukee, WI. A craft distillery that has won some significant awards, showcases the terroir of their home state and makes one particular expression that is unlike anything you've ever had before. 

The guys are joined again by unofficial Four Roses expert Kuba in an effort to deep dive all 10 recipes that make up Four Roses. In Part 1 they examine the 5 higher rye recipes, the Bs. They try a barrel proof single barrel of each recipe and find out just how different each piece of the Four Roses puzzle can be.

The guys are visiting St. Lucia again (in spirit) and exploring the expressions of Chairman's Reserve. The extra special final bottle they try was procured by producer Jenny. She risked her life to get it...was it worth it?  Find out on this episode.

Summer is here! The guys chose 6 beers from different breweries that are specific to the summer season. They taste through them to try and determine what is this year's quintessential summer beer. If you plan on having people over for beers this summer you must listen to this episode. You don't want your friends and neighbors showing up to your barbecue and you have the wrong beer in your cooler. 

Producer Jenny recently traveled to Houston and visited 8th Wonder Distillery. They started out as a brewery but have since added distilling spirits to their repertoire. The guys taste through their lineup and see what this up and coming local (to Houston) distillery has to offer.  

One of the midwest's premier distilleries is on display this week. The guys taste through and break down a wide variety of Journeyman expressions (of which they make a lot) and recount their recent trip to the Journeyman distillery in Three Oaks Michigan.  Oh, and Kitty is back this week!

The guys check out one of the biggest names in bourbon, Four Roses. They're joined by some special guests to sample the iconic brand's main lineup and explore the history that led them to where they are today.

The guys are back talking agave again. This week they discuss the critically acclaimed Tequila Fortaleza. Newcomer Jake joins the show to give his insight and help decide which of these bottles from their lineup live up to their reputation.
