Hello guys, welcome back to another episode of the Hockey Talk with TG Podcast. In this episode, we dive deep into Sunday’s NHL action, highlighting the hottest streaks, standout performances, and all the biggest headlines you need to know.

We start with the Chicago Blackhawks, who crushed the Detroit Red Wings 5-1. Chicago moves to 8-5-3 on the season and ends their road trip 3-2-1, winning three straight games and climbing to 3rd in the Central Division. Connor Bedard led the charge with a goal and two assists, extending his point streak to eight games and his goal streak to three. Bedard now leads the NHL in points with 25 in 16 games, tying Patrick Kane as the fastest Blackhawk to reach 25 points in the past 35 years. Arvid Soderblom made a career-high 45 saves in the game as well.

Next, we turn to the Carolina Hurricanes, who held off the Toronto Maple Leafs with a 5-4 comeback win in Toronto. The Canes scored three unanswered goals to secure their fourth straight win, moving to 11-4-0 on the season. Logan Stankoven scored the game-winning goal with 7:47 left in the third period.

Then we cover the Anaheim Ducks, who defeated the Winnipeg Jets 4-1 to extend their winning streak to seven games — their longest in two years. Leo Carlsson scored twice and added two power play goals, extending his point streak to 10 games, while Beckett Sennecke notched his first career two-goal game in the win.

The Ottawa Senators also came away with a 4-2 win over the Utah Mammoth, extending their point streak to five games.
