I have learned with many occasions when I have express my love to another, love has always came with challenges. The first step is accepting the things I can not change and value in the lesson. That is how God teaches us His truth...through the experience....so focus on loving you and the creator that took the time to you....

The strongest tool is the one you use often. Life comes with so many different types of stress and struggles. The best tool I have been taught to use is prayer. Not what you think is prayer, but the understanding of the values of pray. Faith comes by listening so check it out and please leave me your thoughts
