This is progress & again, the supplementary (showing how to use OLD visuals with NEW words to dampen the sensory since anticipation is dwindling---keep exposing self to remove completely) is on YouTube.
The board contradicted self by mocking my disability & why, thoase 21 people who heard it in the meeting will hear it again--you said I can record so sounds good & since this is the methodology, do you consent to share your voice?!
I was grateful for the chance to recovery with NEW THINGS (board) in FAMILIAR PLACE (decision to stay there...). How & why did it stall? This is exactly what I'll be talking about further since the goal was to simply fill 3 hours/month to get back time.
The countdown begins...
Working under DEADlines. GO! This is truly "fun." This is "safe" adrenaline. No one is going to die tonight. #suicide #forreal all because they keep #bullying & #lying to themselves & tried to "swoop me up," "buy their crap," & "lose myself." NO THANKS.
