Letโs talk Chicago Policeโs Gun Buyback Program.....with Fingerprinting? I thought it was anonymous. Does this violate the 4th Amendment? Is it entrapment? Police are allowed to lie, see Frazier v. Cupp, 394 U.S. 731 (1969) (a United States Supreme Court case that affirmed the legality of deceptive interrogation tactics). Does this establish trust or hurt it? ๐ค๐ง๐๐ฝ
