On February 8th, 2000, Charles “Chico” Ballard, a 22 year old student at The Ohio State University was found murdered in his off-campus apartment. Chico was a well-liked mechanical engineering student originally from Shaker Heights, and his friends and family were shocked by his death. His family and detectives are still searching for answers 23 years later, as his homicide remains unsolved.
