The podcast is hosted by Leilani and Brendan Kozuszek, a married couple who have been through their own struggles and traumas with mental health and are now on the other side of it. They talk about their past experiences, and how they overcame them with a humorous and explicit twist on how mental health is addressed. Leilani is an Active duty Army member and Brendan is a self employed drop shipper and keynote speaker.
