Happy Holy Health day! This week we really felt called to dive into the topic of children and the various concerns that we have for the children growing up in today's world. While we don't have children of our own yet, we dove into this topic from a place of observing children around us in various aspects and we speak about technology, vaccines, emotional impacts, food, and the state of the world. Not only do we discuss the negative impacts that these things have on children (and adults!), but we also provide some tangible tips, thoughts, and questions to ask yourself, too.
