Automatic Writing, sometimes called Intuitive Writing, is a process where you release your conscious mind during the act of writing. It can be used to help with a creative project or as a form of journaling, where one may want to tap into their Higher Self (or a higher state of consciousness) to receive intuitive answers or downloads.
