We're back! We almost left ya'll for a month because we've been busy adulting. We recorded this episode a week early so we could get ya'll goods so some topics may be dated a bit...especially the conversation about the submersible...This week we get into what it's like to go out now vs. back in the day and how the social scene has changed from clubs to lounges.

We're back with another one! It's been a long two weeks but we made it ya'll...Some people almost didn't like Meg and Harry but anywho...We don't have anyone over here stopping us from talking about Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good, the Commanders getting new ownership and Robert Deniro still shooting up the club...Speaking of....We get into holistic health methods we practice in our daily lives that not only help with going strong when you need to but also ones that improve our overall health.

The title may seem confusing but hey...Blame Eboni K. Williams she set last week one fire with expressing her relationship standards...So on that note...you guessed it this week's episode is about relationships! Truly it's on theme for most of the stuff that has happened in the last week...things like an R&B singer disowning his biological kids, the Russians and Ukrainians throwing hands at a conference, the Mid Met Gala, HBCU football getting snubbed...Yeah it's been a week...Enjoy!

As you can see by the title...This is why we've been gone for a whole month...LOL...But we are happy to be back with ya'll! A lot of adulting has happened with us since the last episode in our lives and the lives of those in the world...Jonathan Majors has lost it all, Freaknik has our uncles and aunties on edge, the Egyptians are trippin' and apparently, its people wearing used gym clothes over and over again...Join us as we get into adulting, what we wish we knew earlier and what we can do now to prepare ourselves for well...more adulting.
