Today’s ‘Mind Deep Confusion’ Session was strictly on the Afro tip… Yes, a session I haven’t done for sometime… !!!

I just needed a break, wasn’t really feeling what was out so focused on other genres I was enjoying, however, jeeeze, this session delivers a punch and a half, yes this session was deep, dirty, and mostly uplifting. There is always fire in a genre however sometimes the perils of the search become tedious, though on this occasion it wasn’t the case. I’ve been building up a playlist over the weeks to give you what I feel is a standard that should please you!!!

Tracks doing it for me on this session were from Freerange, MoBlack & Open Bar labels and even drew a couple of my own plus a special little piece from IndySoul.

Just in case you’re interested and as I was explaining in the chatroom when I played one of my tracks and someone asked who made this…, I have a story or feeling behind every track I make, Invisible Me is due to me not shining on the promotion side, so when my tracks go out my marketing is not the best therefore it takes a while before peeps catch on to some of my work, therefore feeling invisible t o the public… Deep yes, as per all the tracks I make, there is definitely a feeling,story or motive behind them all and the titles….

Today’s ‘Mind Deep Confusion’ Session was all about the Chilled vibes. I’ve been talking about doing one of these sessions for ages, as summers coming and I can imagine myself sipping on  something with a lil kick to it by the poolside watching the day go by, yes, that’s the vibes I was on today.

Slightly out of my usual session comfort zone, however, what do they say, push the boundaries to test yourself. It’s not just as much as playing the tracks, it’s about how they amalgamate into a story, ‘The ups and downs of life, your feelings at the time… Yes you all know what I’m talking about, surely!

So anyway I gave it my all… and the selection I picked kept it real and underground no commercial business just down right deep and chilled!!!

I had a pretty good weekend getting mash up as always, however life throws strange punches and dealing with them takes it’s toll, however, will and compromisation IMO are def’ aspects that can help you get through, so take time as I did to appreciate what you have (No matter how big or small it is) and always remember there’s always someone worst off than you.

Sometimes we are spoilt, want everything just as we expect it, however life certainly doesn’t work like that. be kind, humble and look after those who you care about, try not to judge those you don’t understand…

Today’s ‘Mind Deep Confusion’ Session was on the Deep tip, Bumpy in places and down right drunken yes I said it Drunken, I was mash up LOL… Last night I went to my cousins restaurant in North London (Jerkmaica – 23 Park Road – Crouch End – N8 8TE, London) and had a wicked time… Food was on point and drinks flowed nicely…. then went on to some other bars then home for more juice with friends and by the end I was so messed

Woken by wifey in a drunken mess with only minutes before my session started I got my act half together and delivered. I cannot wait to hear this session back, as I dug all the tracks and actually did two rewinds on this session….

I haven’t done Afro for a while as been diggin’ the Deep, however I found enough choonage to make up a session worthy of you so hope you feel it as much as I did.

So I have had some days of work and good reflection as well as resting time for myself, which I will say was highly needed having a very demanding job!!! so felt this session kinda reflected my mood inclusive of the Sub-Low riddims for your ears, yes some seriously heavy tracks was let lose on this session, so all I can say is hold on to your laundry cause it’s gonna get windy up in here

Todays ‘Mind Deep Confusion’ Session was a real mixed bag of goodies, Yes, this session was a true MDC session on a more Eclectic front.

The weather in London was great and it really put me in the mood for this session…. One thing though is I had a few too many for this session, so I was hurting afterwards big time hangover, however I cannot wait to hear this one back as I don’t even remember much LOL.

Today’s ‘Mind Deep Confusion Session’ was on another level….All new music and jeeze did i go in, yes, I did, delivering a Super Chilled Deep session, which I have to say I really enjoyed.

The track listing is off the chain as you will see, I really really went in today.

I couldn’t even name a fav’ track, however I can say that the Atjazz track got the rewind and the chat room thoroughly approved!

It was one of those sessions and cannot wait to listen back to this session and I even played one of my tracks that’s unreleased currently and haven’t decided when I’m bringing it out, so it’s a proper exclusive for y’all…!!!

So on another note, I walked into my barbers yesterday (Saturday) and I sat down and heard some chilled tunes playing and said “What you know about these tunes!” He said, ‘it’s your session mate, not only do I play them in the shop, however I also use it for the gym’…

That really made my day and it’s the smaller things that really count and as small as this seems it was big to me.

Today’s ‘Mind Deep Confusion’ Session was all about the Afro, Yes, it was time and as always I went in Big Time, no messing about just delivering deep rooted tracks with that extra lil something… I even played a few of my own tracks on this session as well as tracks from my label. it is not a session to miss and definately one for the archives!!!

I actually didn’t do any rewinds on this session as was keen to ensure I got through all what I had intended to get through so just played till my heart was content…

When I first bought the selection I was like hmmm not sure about some of these, however once I started playing I was like never doubt your heart and go with what feels right and that’s exactly what I did as you will hear.
