In this episode, I dive into the reaction of your actions and why you should weigh out your choices before making them. It's the basic principle of cause and effect.

In this episode I talk about; The harder you work the more results you’ll see and I believe this really ties to you being ‘focused’ at the same time to yield optimal results. Then I jump into ‘taking breaks’ and not completely stepping away because it’s important you still chisel down the rock while not hammering on it (if that makes sense). Lastly I talk about the sacrifices I’ve made and realization of how many of those sacrifices it takes when trying to achieve your goals.

In this episode I dove deep into the best perspective to have when missing trades and looking at those missed trades as a good opportunity to see what you can take out. Rather than thinking of the $ part, which is hard to do when you miss a A+ setup. After that I drop 3 gems that you definitely need to run back and write down. Now getting into the 2nd half of the show I touch on what being focused looks like and why it’s important to have such a high focus.
