2024 was a year of………

Thankful for 2024. Excited for 2025

Chapter 34, with gratitude.

To forgive myself is my medicine. Finding the forgiveness is hard, but with the practice of forgiving comes such a beautiful feeling of self acceptance and strength of self. We learn that everyone makes mistakes from time to time. And that we shouldn’t take everything personal <3

We all get triggered. How are we going to handle them is key.

Today we cleanse!!!! After all the feels we can not forget to CLEANSE. Connect with water spirit, rain, ocean, river, the flowing flow of unconditional love and support.

CHINGONAS y CHINGONES. I am so happy to upload this episode. I am grateful to be here. We are enough, we are playful, & we are the leader to our magical journey.

Thank you, hope you enjoy today’s episode

I love how the Medicine is being practiced during this episode. How beautiful can we make the journey? I release all the expectations I used to listen too. I let go of alll expectations.

Learning to provide my own safety and security while I’m on my health journey. Breaking FREE from food addiction and being gentle with the pace my body needs.

It’s ok to shift, to change, to evolve <3

I am passing by; you are passing by.

I am wind, I am clouds, I am water, I am earth, I am light & I am night, I am love,

& so are you.
