Hoy les traigo una receta especial para compartir este 29, día de ñoquis acá en Argentina. Lo que tiene de especial es que son unos ñoquis con masa de queso, así que si sos un fanático del queso como yo, esta receta te va a gustar.

Es una receta de fácil preparación, en poquito tiempo lo preparas y lleva muy pocos ingredientes. Los acompañe con una salsa con estofado que en esta ocasión fue preparada por mi madre, pero tranquilamente lo pueden acompañar con la salsa de su preferencia, ¡son deliciosos con todas!

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es cortar nuestro kilo de queso y colocar en un bowl. Le sumamos la media docena huevos y comenzamos a mezclarlo con la ayuda de un pisa papas. Es recomendable usar un queso que sirva bien para derretir, pero que a su vez no sea un queso muy blando, sino los ñoquis quedarán sin forma. Una vez que se haya pisado lo mejor posible el queso y se hayan integrado con los huevos vamos a empezar a agregar la harina.

Una vez se empiece a integrar la harina, vamos a pasar la mezcla a la mesada para amasarla durante algunos minutos, hasta que se transforme en una masa pareja.

Una vez esté lista la masa, vamos a cortar trozos y los vamos a estirar con las manos bien enharinadas en forma cilíndrica, como se muestra en el video.

Después solo hay que cortarlos del tamaño deseado y pasarlo por una tablita para que le quede la forma característica de los ñoquis o bien también se puede usar un tenedor para esto.

Una vez tengamos el agua hirviendo, los ponemos unos minutos revolviendo constantemente. Cuando los ñoquis empiezan a flotar es momento de retirarlos del agua. Solo falta agregarle la salsa y ¡a disfrutar!

Ambos somos fans de la saga Saint Seiya , conocemos toda su historia de pies a cabeza y queriamos comenzar con una de nuestras peleas favoritas donde la amistad de los caballeros protagonistas comenzó no sin antes, darse sus buenos golpes y demostrasndo unas personalidades muy distintas a las que vimos durante todo el anime.

Vamos a comenzar sellando el cerdo en una fuente con aceite bien caliente. La sellamos bien por ambos lados y la retiramos.

En la misma fuente vamos a ir agregando los ingredientes para la salsa en la que se terminara de cocinar nuestro cerdo.

Primero, vamos a agregar el caldo de verduras, aproximadamente un litro de caldo. Al caldo le agregamos la salsa de soja, la barbacoa y la miel. Dejamos cocinar unos minutos revolviendo para integrar los ingredientes.

Despues de unos minutos, agregamos de vuelta el cerdo y lo dejamos cocinar a fuego lento por aproximadamente dos horas, cada cierto tiempo vamos a darlo vuelta e impregnarlo con la salsa que se nos va formando.

Ponemos a cocinar las batatas en abundante agua y una vez que esten tiernas, las colamos y procedemos a prepara el puré.

Le agregamos la manteca, la sal, la pimienta y un buen chorro de leche, empezamos a pisarla para que no quede ningún grumo. Asi de facil tenemos nuestro puré.

Una vez que que el caldo tome una textura como la que se ve en el video, ya esta lista la carne, van a ver que se puede cortar hasta con una cuchara y el sabor que tiene es increible, asi que ahora, ¡es hora de disfrutar!

Volvemos con la espinaca y tratamos de sacarle toda el agua que podamos. Después de esto, la vamos a picar lo mas pequeño que podamos y la vamos a sumar a la salsa blanca. Para finalizar el relleno que les traigo hoy le agregamos muzzarella en cubitos. Esta última es opcional, si quieren pueden no agregarle.

Después de esto, solo queda rellenar las tapas, las cuales hay que dejar un buen rato a temperatura ambiente para que no se rompan, y llevarlas al horno en una fuente aceitada para que no se peguen hasta dorar. Dejar enfriar unos minutos y ¡¡a disfrutar!!

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es poner en remojo el arroz por uno 15 o 20 minutos. Esto es para que suelte un poco del almidon que tiene el arroz. Es importante usar el arroz doble porque si se usa otro tipo de arroz una vez que se enfría queda el arroz un poco duro.

Después de los 20 minutos vamos a escurrir el arroz y lo llevamos a una cacerola con el litro de leche y la cascara de limón o de naranja. Yo usualmente uso cascara de naranja, pero esta vez no tenía y usé cascara de limón y quedó muy rico. Después lo ponemos a cocinar a fuego mínimo por 20 minutos revolviendolo cada 4 o 5 minutos para que no se nos pegue el arroz.

Cuando hayan pasado los 20 minutos se le agrega el azúcar y se lo deja cocinar 25 minutos mas, siempre a fuego lento y revolviendo cada 4 o 5 minutos hasta que el arroz logra aun espesor como se muestra en el video.

Después vamos a separar una parte en un tupper, y a esta parte le vamos a agregar un poco de canela molida, mientras que al resto le vamos a agregar el chocolate y vamos a revolver hasta que se derrita.

Luego de media hora que se entibie un poco la llevamos unas horas a la heladera para que termine de enfriarse y ya está, listo para disfrutar

Son unas "quesadillas" armadas con tapas de empanadas y distinto tipo de rellenos muy fáciles de preparar. En este video les traigo quesadillas de carne de vaca, de pollo y de jamon y queso.

Primero vamos a poner una fuente a calentar con un poco de aceite, yo utilicé una estilo plancheta bien grande pero puede ser una fuente de horno o un sarten bien grande.

Lo primer que vamos a poner en la fuente es la carne molida con sal y pimienta, que se cocinea fuego fuerte, asi queda dorada.

Una vez este avanzada la cocción de la carne, vamos a poner el pollo, separado de la carne que estamos cocinando. Yo tenía una pechuga ya hervida, la cual puse a calentar, pero tranquilamente la podés poner cruda y cocinar en la fuente. Al pollo tambien lo salpimentamos.

Una vez la carne de vaca y la de pollo esten cocidas, vamos a poner nuestras tapas de empanadas a dorar unos pocos minutos, luego las volteamos, y les ponemos a algunas relleno de carne, a otras de pollo, a algunas les ponemos muzzarella y a otras chedar. Y a las que no les ponemos relleno de carne o pollo las rellenamos con jamon y queso.

Pasamos a cerrarlas por la mitad y cuando la primera parte este dorada, las volteamos para que se doren del otro lado. Si es posible tapar la fuente, será mas corto el tiempo de cocción.

Una vez que estén doradas de ambos lados, estan listas para servir, ¡y solo queda disfrutar!

Hoy les traigo una receta bien Argentina como lo son las empanadas, que si bien hay muchas maneras de prepararlas, sobre todo si uno visita distintas provincias, siempre es un placer disfrutarlas.

La receta de empanadas que les traigo es de carne cortada a cuchillo. Es muy comun usar carne molida, pero la verdad la carne cortada a cuchillo le da un sabor único.

Si bien se pueden usar muchos cortes para esta receta, yo elegí el Osobuco (Así se llama en mi país al menos), es un corte muy tierno y con mucho sabor.

Lo primer que vamos a hacer es sellar bien la carne en una fuente que podamos llevar después al horno.

Una vez la carne este bien sellada y no se le vea partes rojas, la retiramos y ponemos la cebolla, el morrón y la parte blanca de la cebolla de verdeo. Las salpimentamos y dejamos cocinar unos minutos hasta que se tiernicen un poco.

¡Hola a todos! Hoy les traigo una nuevo video para la plataforma de Hive y en especial para esta hermosa comunidad de #Hivefood.

Les traigo una receta especial, teniendo en cuenta la cercania del día de San Valentin.

Una deliciosa pasta rellena con forma de corazon para sorprender a esa persona que es especial para nosotros.

Primero vamos a preparar la masa de nuestra pasta. Para eso vamos a formar una corona con la harina y vamos a agregarle los huevos.

Un dato importante por si quieren hacer más cantidad de pasta es que por cada huevo que se agregue hay que agregar 100gr más de harina.

Empezamos a mezclar incorporando poco a poco la harina. Una vez que hayamos incorporado la mayoría, vamos a amasar por 10 minutos hasta que nos quede una masa bien lisa.

Después la dejamos reposar en papel film por 20 minutos.

Mientras dejamos reposar la masa vamos a preparar nuestro relleno. Este es muy simple, solo tenemos que cortar jamón y mozzarella, lo más pequeño posible.

Una vez pasados los 20 minutos vamos a estirar la masa, la cortamos a la mitad y llevamos una a nuestro molde de pasta, el cual previamente debe estar bien enharinado.

Procedemos a rellenar los moldes de pasta y una vez llenos les ponemos por arriba la otra masa para cerrarla. Nos vamos a ayudar con el palo de amasar para que queden bien sellados.

Después solamente volteamos el molde y saldrá nuestra pasta ya armada.

Para la salsa vamos a empezar picando 1 cebolla, 1/2 morrón, 1 diente de ajo y un puñado de perejil.

Vamos a poner en una cacerola un poco de aceite y le agregamos el morrón con la cebolla.

Cuando se cocine un poco la cebolla le agregamos el pure de tomate con los condimentos.

Lo dejamos cocinar por media hora a fuego lento para que se mezclen bien los sabores, y para finalizar nuestra salsa le agregamos la crema de leche.

Dejamos unos minutos más cocinar y apagamos el fuego.

Para cocinar nuestra pasta, la llevamos a una cacerola con abundante agua hirviendo, cuando empiezan a flotar estos corazones rellenos los retiramos y llevamos a la salsa unos minutos antes de servir.

Una vez emplatado solo queda agregar queso rallado por encima de nuestra pasta y a disfrutar.

Así que hoy les traigo un matambre a la pizza, muy delicioso, fácil de preparar ya que se hace en muy poquitos pasos y que es ideal para compartir en familia.

Yo en este video no les preparo guarnición para el matambre, pero fácilmente se lo puede acompañar, como en mi caso, con ensalada rusa. Se puede hacer también otro tipo de ensaladas, puré o papas fritas. Queda muy rico con cualquiera de estas opciones y porque no, con alguna más que se me escapa jajajaj

Sin explayarme más paso a decirles los ingredientes para esta receta

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es desgrasar el matambre. Con un cuchillo bien afilado le vamos a sacar todo lo que podamos.

Luego, lo vamos a poner en una olla con el litro de leche, sal, pimentón y las pimentas en grano. Lo vamos a dejar 2 horas a fuego mínimo.

Una vez que pasen las dos horas vamos a pasar el matambre a una bandeja. De ser necesario vamos a cortarlo para que entre bien en la bandeja.

Le agregamos la salsa, la muzzarella, el tomate en rodajas, el orégano y lo mandamos a horno fuerte hasta que se gratine la muzzarella.

Asi como yo tiernicé el matambre en una olla, se puede hacer exactamente igual al horno, siempre a fuego lento.

Despues, solo queda servir y disfrutar
