On this episode of the podcast we talked about continuing with life in quarantine as well as go deeper on dealing with criticism. Note that this podcast was recorded at the beginning of May, before the murder of George Floyd and the recent Black Lives Matter protests. We will be talking about these on our next podcast. Despite being recorded at the beginning of May, I think our talks on dealing with criticism are very relevant to our current climate. In a world where we continue to educate ourselves and show support to make a more equitable world for everyone, we need to get better at having these uncomfortable conversations on racism and discrimination. In order for us to create change, we need to have these conversations with our co-workers, friends and families. We need to understand that we may make mistakes, and that is okay, but we need to learn from these experiences to improve. In order to be a better ally, we need to take an active part in these conversations and we can no longer ignore them. Thank you for listening and I hope you enjoy.
