Since chiropractic principle is truth, he believes spinal correction was the highest, most powerful application of the principle. He believes subluxated people are destined for a life of disease, disability, even possible early death, which is against their God-given purpose on this earth. However, people do have the opportunity to change their mindset and desire to live at their best, become corrected and unsubluxated, healthy and live the principle of an optimal spine/optimal health lifestyle. He believes that is the responsibility of chiropractors and the profession. He endeavored to become his best with spinal correction and an inspirational leader with powerful communication, leadership training, along with team and practice building skills to help doctors reach their vision and calling in this life. In 14 years of practice, he had 4 spinal corrective practices that were CBP, spinal corrective based in 3 states seeing an average of 550 – over 700 a week that were created from their inception.

Dr. Fred then felt he could not create the global impact to bring the message of corrective chiropractic to humanity, so he formed Elite Chiropractic Coaching in 2008 with the intention to create the most powerful, advanced, relationship-based, self-empowerment, clinical and business systems that would stand out from all others, to advance the chiropractic profession and impression of chiropractic in the general public.
