My education began at the University of Michigan with a degree in Kinesiology. As an Athletic Trainer at the University of Michigan, I had a personal experience with lifelong allergies that compelled me to continue my education. I went on to complete a second Bachelors of Science in Life Science as well as received a Doctorate to practice Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic where I became a licensed Chiropractic Physician. I attend many continuing education programs throughout the United States to develop my ability to find the cause of problems and remove them permanently.

Align Wellness Center in Northbrook, IL

When looking to expand my vision of health and wellness I saw a need to integrate health care disciplines and developed Align Wellness Center in Northbrook, IL. We work with families, individuals and businesses to remove physical and chemical barriers that cause pain and symptoms. I am constantly searching for new technology and treatment methods to enhance patient care, increase the speed of injury recovery, and improve long term results.

When I am not in the office helping patients, I am involved with local businesses and community groups, working to reduce health care costs in order to improve quality of life and help in injury recovery. I regularly work with local schools, businesses and organizations on health, wellness, and safety topics. I enjoy educating others on how to manage stress better, how to prevent injury in the workplace and at home, and how to maintain peak performance in all facets of health. I am a part of KEEN Chicago´s coaches committee, local chamber of commerce, hold leadership positions in local business groups, and belong to and support the local Rotary club.

I also enjoy running, swimming, exercising, traveling, and socializing with friends.
