Dr. Muncy began his pre-chiropractic education at Bluefield State College where he studied the basic sciences along with basic physiology and anatomy courses. He received a Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences. After completing his studies at Bluefield State he was accepted to Life University of Chiropractic in Atlanta. During his 4 years at Life, courses included biochemistry, a major emphasis on anatomy and human physiology, X-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care in the Life College Public Clinic. After graduating in 2001, Dr. Muncy moved to the Bristol area to establish his practice.

Dr. Muncy is married to Beth and they have two children, Ethan and Ryan. Both children were born completely natural with a midwife (one in the hospital and the other at home). His children have never been vaccinated and do not take any kind of medication or antibiotics. They are the healthiest children in their schools… If that intrigues you ask Dr. Muncy to explain!
