Currently we are in the Summer Holidays and, as a parent of 3, this means the juggle gets a little bit harder.  Last week I spotted a book called 'The Burnout' She can do anything but not everything - by Sophie Kinsella.  And this inspired this episode. 

So enjoy; a little bit about burnout, why social media burnout is a thing, and 3 ways to avoid it.

Welcome to the introduction to the podcast. I'm Philippa Wilmot, Chiropractor, Certified Business Strategist, mum and now the host of this podcast.   

 As someone who LOVES a podcast I have been meaning to record this for a while.  But as a recovering perfectionist I also wanted to get it perfect, then I remembered that I am imperfectly perfect and that will shine through the podcast.  The goal of social media is connection.  The Goal of ChiroVisibility and this podcast is to share with you ideas of how to get more visible through Content Marketing (Socials, emails, websites and other ways), while honouring traditional word of mouth sources etc.
