We've got former Capitals Keith Aucoin and Brian Pothier, and former Carolina Hurricane Shane Willis who we interviewed at the Hurricanes Sled Hockey casino charity night last season.

The last episode of season one and it's a loaded one. We first take a look at former Caps and their retirements in Nisky and Justin Williams, and those who have signed extensions as Burky and Stephenson have secured the bag.
