My guest is Billy the Kid from Billy the Kid & The Regulators and they are a high powered, guitar driven, rhythm and blues band based in Pittsburgh. Lead singer Billy Evanochko is widely-known across the Steel City for his impassioned lyrics, seductive vocals, & stinging guitar riffs. Together with his band, The Regulators they deliver a well-balanced dose of funky rhythm and blues, with heart and soul being the main ingredient, playing countless clubs and festivals throughout the country. The band attracts fans with their fresh mix and interpretation of the iconic Blues Rock experience. I am playing one of there songs today called, "Sweet Honey Child."

February 14, 2024 #125 Ewelina; Singer & Songwriter, When she was told to stop dream, she didn't listen. She refused to give up on her dream of being a musician and now her music is being played all over the world.
For years, she have been told, ‘stop dreaming, get back to earth and learn how to become successful with a 9-5 career.’ she would listen to these pieces of advice whilst continuing to write songs when everyone else slept.
As the years went by, the voice in my head said my purpose in life is connected to music. It told me not to give up, however my fear and insecurities held me back until the 2020 pandemic. It was this time that made me realise how priceless time really is.
During lockdown, Ewelina went for long walk along the coast line as she was walking, she came across a stone in the shape of a heart. She believes this was a sign from God to carry on with what I love doing - music.
She began working harder and harder more that ever before so I could improve. She has learned to believe in herself, no matter what others said. Ewelina has learned to love herself and embrace her progress, her voice is no unique. I hope you enjoy our time together.
Our podcast spotlight interview comes from a while back from episode #56. Sarah Nations, joined me and we had a great conversation. She has face many trails and tribulations along the way, and she is the author of a book called, "Trauma Queen." Please go back and check out the entire episode when you have a moment. She has an incredible story of challenges she has faced and overcame.

February 07, 2024 #124 Lady Miranda: Multi award winning singer, songwriter & author from the PNW, Miranda shares about her music and her book she has written. She wants to help share more about musicians in the PNW.
Lady Miranda is a multi-award winning multi-genre singer/songwriter. She won the award for Single of the Year for her song titled, "Game of Love" for 2023 through the International Singer Songwriter Association. She has always had a passion for writing and began writing poetry in her childhood. She officially became a songwriter in 2009. As a vocalist, Lady Miranda has been a lead, supporting, and guest singer in local bands around the Seattle area. While Lady Miranda is known for her smooth vocals and ability to hit high notes, she is no stranger to rap music and has written several rap songs with her soulful Latina flair. I am playing one of her songs called, "Mercy."

Today, I am so excited to be interviewing one of the most recognizable voices in the, world. You may not know her by her name but you might know her voice. I am chatting with Susan Bennett, she is an American voice actress and a former backup singer for Roy Orbison and Burt Bacharach. She is best known as female American voice of Apple's Siri personal assistant, since the service was introduced on the iPhone 4S on October 4, 2011. She was the voice of Siri until the iOS 7 update was released on September 18, 2013. It was so fun talking with her and hearing story, I hope you enjoy the time we had today.
