We delved into the topic of climate change and the responsibility we hold as a society to make positive changes for a brighter future. Our conversation then shifted to our personal journeys with mental health and how understanding the workings of our mind has contributed to a more positive outlook on life.
I hope you find this episode as enjoyable to listen to as I did to have.

I had a beautiful conversation with Pablo Meccano. A coach, and writer, with a depth of insight on how we are always present in the moment and how life can be exceptionally wonderful when we experience it from this space.
I had an inspiring conversation with my lovely friend, Phil McManus, for this episode of the Chit Chat Podcast.
Phil is the North East Regional Coordinator in the Captain Paul Watson Foundation UK (formally Sea Shepherd UK). The foundation works to support marine wildlife conservation and engage in various tasks to save our oceans from being exploited and protect the animals who need the sea as their home.
We discussed the kind of work he does with the foundation and explored his perspective on animal activism, veganism and environmentalism.
He also shared some ideas on how people can make small changes that would positively impact the environment and animal welfare.
If you are interested in volunteering with the Captain Paul Watson Foundation you can find out more on their website - https://www.paulwatsonfoundation.org/

I had a fantastic conversation with Donna Mackenzie-Smyth about her experiences of navigating menopause while recovering from a stroke.
We discussed the positives and negatives of those experiences and how she's had to adapt her life to her new needs while not letting anything stop her from being who she is and doing what she loves.
Donna has developed an artistic project called Scrapheap - made by and for women experiencing menopause to highlight some of the experiences that women go through, but may not discuss.
At the end of the video episode on YouTube, you will see some images that Donna and her photographer Laura Page developed for the project. You can view the video version of this episode at - https://youtu.be/MGLEf8DkfVc
You can learn more about Scrapheap on the website - http://www.scrapheap.info/ and connect with Donna over email at [email protected] to learn more about upcoming exhibitions and events.
I hope that you enjoy this episode.

I had a fantastic conversation with a beautiful friend, Sara Sanderson, about her perspective on being divinely human.
Sara has an open and honest approach to life offering a nurturing, loving, truthful, and playful connection with the people she meets and works with.
She guides and liberates people to live from the truth of who they are, fully expressed to be and do what their soul came here to do.
Sara’s vision is to see the reclamation of Gods and Goddesses roaming the Earth. She does this professionally through her role as Connection Creatrix at Waking The Wild and for her own 1:1 clients.
She has a background in coaching and mentoring across the arts, business and community sectors with a passion for supporting people to bring out their creative expression.
In the work she does with Waking the Wild she defines herself as "Noir, Opulent Dark Queen" and operates as a cycle breaker, shadow integrator and a bridge between Heaven and Earth. A truth-teller and seer of potential that connects people with themselves and others with a playful touch while holding space with depth and Majesty.
She feels called in devotion to the Dark Mother, to guide powerful hidden souls back to the fire of their truth. Her wealth is love received in abundance from the heavens and earth below. She is a bridge of connection creatively sharing channelled wisdom from the ages and bringing new ways to live from soul for people ready to be seen, lead and have an impact.

I had a wonderful conversation with my friend, and fellow Wellness Advocate with doTERRA, Suzi McHugh.
Suzi and I connected when she was added to my doTERRA team and we hit it off like a house on fire. I felt like we connected on so many levels and we've been staying in touch online ever since.
Suzi has experienced a lot of trauma and self-sabotage in her life and in this episode, we talk about her journey of recovery from alcoholism, fear, codependency and low self-worth.
Suzi shares how she is now finding peace and pleasure in being more stable, accountable and taking care of herself from a place of self-love and responsibility.
I hope you enjoy listening to this soulfully lighthearted episode.
Lots of love, Shaneen x
