We got to interview Cydni Beer (Cydbeer) and she didn't disappoint! We welcome our special guest Tiffany Stosich who is a Professional Body Builder! We talk about her journey to becoming a body builder, what her gym routine is like, what it takes to be in a competition all while being a mother of 2! We also discuss how the body building world interacts with plastic surgery and some of the issues she seen with her mother's breast augmentation.

Dr. Chidester is joined by his oldest and best friend along with his & Ron's wives for a Christmas time, friends get together.  They recall how they all met and eat Christmas cookies while trying to avoid all 7 of their kids screaming in the background.
