The Chicago Bulls fired head coach Tom Thibodeau this morning after 5 seasons with the team.  General Manager Gar Forman and VP of Basketball Operations John Paxon spoke to the media this afternoon explaining their decision. The Chicago Bulls finished their season with a disappointing loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 6.  The Bulls faced similar offensive struggles, going long periods without managing to put the ball in the net.  Their offensive collapse is just one of many questions circling this team as they enter the offseason.  Has Tom Thibodeau coached his last game? Who will be his replacement?  And which pieces of this roster will return next season? The Chicago Blackhawks, meanwhile, will try to get the split of the first two games in Anaheim against the Ducks in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals tonight.  The Hawks came out strong in Game 1 but failed to score, and found themselves chasing the Ducks from behind the entire game.  Power plays and deep defensive rotations continued to be a problem in Game 1, can the Hawks turn up the offense and survive the heavy-hitting Ducks to come back to Chicago with the series tied 1-1? The Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers head into tonight's pivotal Game 5 with banged up players but an unrelenting desire to be the one team to survive this crazy series.  Last weekend saw two games finish with shots hit at the buzzer by former league MVPs Derrick Rose and Lebron James.  The final 2 minutes of Game 4 were absolutely crazy.  Turnovers, questionable calls and no-calls from the officials, and VERY questionable decision-making from Cavaliers head coach David Blatt.  But King James saved his team from a 3-1 series hole with a dagger at the buzzer.  As Rose and Lebron both try to carry their short-handed teams to the promised land, which role players will step up and provide some help?  This series that all NBA fans wanted to see is living up to the hype.  What happens next...?
