This week’s Sips of the Week might actually be the BEST we’ve ever made 👀 — a mango tea with Nick’s Sick Mix + honey 🥭🍯 and it is the most soothing, perfect spring blend.

We’re out here fighting for our lives with this weather though 🤧 because why are our sinuses acting like we’re “dying away”?? spring, explain yourself.

M shows off her phenomenal new tattoo and we get into a convo about being strong, powerful, AND feminine all at the same time — cue Sydney’s love for Ilona Maher because she embodies that energy perfectly 💪✨

Life is picking up, we’re busy bee’s 🐝 and gearing up for our summer job on the water 🌊☀️

AND our surprise from last week is finally revealed… M got TWO kittens 🥹🐱 they’re siblings, just over a year old, and we are OBSESSED. Meet Aine (Irish for happiness + light) and Caius (Latin for bringer of joy… but also sounds like chaos, which tracks 😂). Cats are healing and have an 8th sense, so they know just what we need.

This also just confirmed that Sydney's dog (Plop) is actually a cat.

We also get into normalizing bodily functions (because why is that still taboo??) and how differently we were raised — Sydney grew up very open about everything, while M… not so much lol.

Also, Sydney is officially a strong girly 💅 she benched 115 lbs (yes that’s a 35 on each side!!) and we are PROUD 👏

This week’s Sips of the Week is a cozy cup of green tea jasmine while we recap Sydney’s whirlwind trip to Cleveland. From sharing her must-see spots, to making the mandatory stop at the 27 Club Coffee (yes, the one owned by Machine Gun Kelly ☕), Syd walks us through the highlights. She also hit a Cleveland Cavaliers game, went to a concert, and ate some seriously amazing food along the way.

And if that wasn’t enough traveling… she was barely home for a full day before she and her hubby packed back up and drove to Cincinnati for another concert because their life motto is basically: “We can sleep when we’re dead.” 😂

We also chat about the idea that putting positive energy into the universe can bring positive things back to you, and how shifting your mindset can really change the way life feels. ✨

Sydney flips the script and asks M about the moment she realized she needed to leave her seven-year relationship and how she navigated such a difficult decision. We talk about how strong and smart she was for leaving when she did—and, as fellow crime junkies, we also acknowledge how scary that situation could have been.

At the end of the day, we reflect on how sometimes life unfolds exactly the way it’s meant to, even when it doesn’t feel like it at the time.

We get into the lore: how we all have college degrees, how life said “plot twist,” and how we somehow ended up behind the bar because… bills must be paid, bestie. We talk small-town upbringings (same but wildly different), Lauren’s soccer days playing through college, and the universal experience of trying to figure it out in your 20s.
