#012 – You might believe that some students are just born disciplined. Or that it's just easier for some people to get up every day at 5am to exercise and never let a chunk of chocolate pass their lips.
Only 1/2 my friend. Firstly, discipline is a muscle that can be built and strengthened. Secondly, the reason some people find it easier to be disciplined – in their studies, work, health – is because they've designed their environment to not need them to use their self-control very often.
In this episode, I'll walk you through a simple, quick and PAINLESS strategy for boosting your studying discipline so you can tick off your tasks faster and have more time for relaxing.

#009 – If I asked you to tell me the reasons behind your grades, what would you say? What is holding you back from achieving better results?
Maybe you're fully aware of your obstacles and know exactly what needs to change to increase your results. But there are often numerous factors at play that stop us reaching for and achieving the top grades.
In this episode I'm going to walk you through 7 possible reasons why your grades aren't higher. We're going to cover reasons related to our time, skills, goals, beliefs...and even evolution!
I'll also share what you need to do to combat these reasons and boost your results.
Because it IS possible for you to achieve the grades you've dreamed of. I've worked with too many students to count who've increased their results by 1, 2 or even 3 whole grades by improving their study skills and confidence.
