#133 – Do you want to know how to get more studying done each week? Without having to find more hours in the day? Without having to rely on your somewhat elusive motivation to study?
If your answer is yes then this week's podcast episode has got you covered. I'm going to introduce you to The Progress Principle as a way to build momentum so that you can get more studying done each week.
Then I'm going to walk you through four simple ways to plan and track your studying throughout the week so that you're ticking off tasks much faster, and feeling more positive and confident as a learner.
And guess what? Follow this advice and you'll find you'll not only get more studying done each week but you'll also be able to complete your studying tasks faster each week – giving you the option to keep on keepin' on to make even more progress…or to take some time off GUILT-FREE.

#132 – Welcome to another minisode of the Chloe Made Me Study podcast. Each Monday, I will release a super short episode designed to share one studying idea, strategy or mindset shift that will help you start your study week off feeling focused, productive and confident.
These minisodes will help you shake off any negative studying baggage from the week before and offer a moment to pause, reflect and change your approach so you can move off in a new, more successful direction.
In this week's minisode, we're going to talk about the topic of self-care and how to have an easier studying life and a more positive relationship with studying. I'm going to clear up a common misunderstanding about what self-care actually is. And then I'll share how taking time away from your studies is actually going to help you make more progress.

#131 – I am a HUGE fan of studying in a way that fits into your life, and learning from home is a great option for many students, however there is one pretty hefty disadvantage of distance learning.
Isolation.
Studying at home alone. Studying without ever meeting your peers. Studying without much interaction with your tutor.
There are lots of practical issues with this but there is one area that's often overlooked – the emotional toll of studying by yourself. It can be harder to motivate yourself to study, and more difficult to pick yourself back up after a setback. It can be a struggle to keep yourself disciplined and focused too.
But don't worry. Today's episode is all about addressing this biggest disadvantage of distance learning. I'm going to share multiple ways that you can feel more connected in your studies and we'll dive into exactly how you can become a calmer, more focused student and how you can more easily make positive changes in your studying.
Sound good? OK, let's dive in.

#129 – It can sometimes feel like the only thing standing between you and being able to achieve your dream university grades…is your intelligence or your innate academic abilities.
I'll admit that intelligence is ONE factor that impacts your academic achievement. But I've got some great news for you – there's twelve more!
In this episode I'm going to walk you through the 13 factors that will impact whether or not you achieve your dream university grades. You'll learn which ones are more fixed so there's not so much you can do to change them.
HOWEVER, you'll also learn which ones are completely and utterly changeable…that YOU have complete control over. This is important stuff because you'll finally feel like you've got all the puzzle pieces in front of you.
You'll walk away from this episode knowing the exact areas to tweak to seriously transform your results.

These minisodes will help you shake off any negative studying baggage from the week before and offer a moment to pause, reflect and change your approach so you can move off in a new, more successful direction.
In this week's minisode, we're talking about time wasting. We all know that we need to be focused, productive students to make progress and achieve our academic goals. But there's so much that can get in the way of this.
Today, I'm going to walk you through two categories of studying time wasting. One of these you'll be pretty familiar with but I can guarantee that the second category – although infinitely more important – is something that most students have never been taught how to consider.
Do you wanna study smarter not harder? Well then stick this minisode in your ears.
