"Honk for Jesus" is a very, very dark comedy about toxic religion and a disturbing and likely triggering subject matter plaguing far too many churches. It gets it right on every single level. And that seems to be upsetting some of the blessed and highly favored in the pews. They'll be alright. Honk for Jesus isn't about the Black church(alone). It's equal opportunity across ALL races, denominations and pulpits.
