Fabio Carella is the Founder and Visionary of Fabio’s Events & Catering. Born in Sicily but in 1995 he brought the traditions of Italy to America with him. He specializes in creating unique and beautiful food displays for all types of events. He has over 25 years of experience in the food and hospitality business.

Fabio's Events & Catering is based on the belief that our customers' wants and needs are of the utmost importance.
