Welcome back to the LCHF podcast, once again we have Jimmy Moore with us. There has been a lot of talk with regards to the debate between low fat and high fat. A lot of people are concerned, obviously, that with the high fat and all the misconceptions around cholesterol on the LCHF Diet.
But let's talk low fat diet - and particularly low fat products that you can find on the shelves and in the refrigerators in supermarkets. People tend to try the low fat products out. Are they good for you? Should we be eating low fat products?
