Change is inevitable and things will be thrust upon us.

We have been put into different situations and sheltered in place. Our jobs have been put on hold and a bunch of other things we’re used to have been taken away. Not because of anything that you did, not because of anything negative that anybody did per se. It's just what has happened. And it's our opportunity to grow from that.

The growth is optional. But if you choose the power of you, you can make a difference. Every one of us can. It starts inside of us. Stop projecting out on others. It starts deep inside of ourselves. So take care of yourself and become the best version of you.
