Our comfort zones feel like blankets that surround us in warmth. We snuggle down and don't want to move.

Yet this can be to our detriment.  Please don't allow this to become your prison. Enjoy the comfort zone and then climb out and move on.

Don't be afraid to challenge yourself to be better, you can do it.
