Christmas can cause conflict, open old wounds, bring us together under obligation rather than want.

In this episode I explore that holiday feeling and invite you to take on a different outlook this Christmas. After all you could choose happy.

Community and Connection

My belief is that we win when we are compassionate, connecting and communicating unconditionally. When we are building a community of like-minded souls supporting each other through the dark days.

Be kind to those around you. They are living their own version of reality. If you want to be in conflict ensure it's aimed in the right direction. Be the example, by rejecting separation and embracing all, no matter where they are on their journey. Be the light, the example others want to follow.
